Matt Clark was my attorney on a minor injury case. He is the best! He gave me sound advice and allowed me to make a decision regarding my case. It went through the court system with ease and he kept me informed as it progressed. It was finalized almost as he predicted. If I ever have a need for an attorney, I have no doubt that I will go to Mr. Clark again!

Very unprofessional, I spoke with 1 of the attorneys for a wrongful death matter and how i needed represented to protect my statue of rights by jan, and he informed me to wait tell the end of the month (nov) and if things wasn't settled he would take my case. When time came to contact him, they at that point told me they were not taking my case leaving me in the worst situation and possibly without any representation.

I was represented by Doug Fitzsimmons after i was involved in an automobile accident. I met with Doug and we discussed the process of legal action against the driver’s insurance company, as well as my insurance company. Doug’s team handled all of the medical bills from the surgery, and more importantly, squared away my Medicare, which was a mess. This practice was unwilling to meet me for a consultation to discuss the facts of my case and questions that I have resulting from a work place injury. The intake questions were very generic and left no room for discussion. They had me send a copy of my MRI to review and apparently the findings were not severe enough for them to take on case. Never spoke with an Attorney and was denied without them knowing any of the details pertaining to my treatment over the last year. Very disappointing as they came highly recommended from one of my friends who is also an attorney. I will be reaching out to another firm. Hope your experience here ends up being better than mine!
