My husband got into an altercation with a CHP Officer. Three of them arrested him. He was charged with a felony, resisting arrest. He had never been arrested before, never been in any trouble, and got thrown into jail that day. We hired Kyle because I spoke to several Bakersfield lawyers, and while I didn't feel comfortable hiring them, I asked who was the best lawyer in town. They named two, and Kyle was one of them. Kyle has represented me a couple times as I struggled through some hard times. Recently I was arrested for a burglary that I did not commit. At the first court appearance the District Attorney offered me two years state prison. I at that point would of lost every including my many state licenses I need for my career. Kyle and the private the investigator were able to get to the bottom of my case. Based on the works of Kyle and his staff I was offered a trespassing with no jail time. The kindness of the staff started with Angela who is Kyle's assistant. She was always informative and caring to my situation.

My son was wrongfully accused and charged with assault.
