Mr. Pearl returned my call within a few hours and spent the time to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to do to transfer a property in California to an heir in Arizona. He was very kind and advised me on the next steps. I will be calling him back when we are ready to get this transfer completed. He also offered a reasonable rate for this service when we are ready.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Pearl on a Trust Litigation to which he worked on diligently for our family. To start out my mother is aging and we needed to get her estate worked out. I went not knowing what he charged but the average from phone calls to lawyers was between $1,500 to $4,000. I went to him because I got to actually talk to him on the phone (only receptionist other places). He got us right in but wanted Mom to go in alone, I was worried she couldn't handle it, that she might need my help. He did it because he wanted to be sure no one was influencing her, that she was getting what SHE wanted. Talk about integrity! After few minutes I could hear her laughing in the room, I felt so much better. Since she only has a house and savings he found a way to get everything we needed for the Estate including Durable Health Care POA etc for under the lowest price quoted anywhere (under $1,000). There was a little delay but so worth it, such quality work and delivered to my office in a nice Binder. He is nice, trustworthy, affordable, and does quality work.

Mr. Pearl took the time to talk to us over the phone several times before we finally had to start court proceedings. He was attentive, helpful and knew how to help us. Once we had to petition the court, he handled it all for us, long distance. We highly recommend him.

He waits until the very last day, calls me and says he didn't get to reviewing them and wanted to put it off even longer. Mr. Pearl was not available to start a new case as quickly as we needed .. so we had to engage another attorney. Mr. Pearl was always our first choice and we were very impressed with our conversations. Since we did not engage him we can't speak to anything other than our first impressions. But we told him that if we needed to find another attorney he would be our first call. We would highly recommend anyone needing an attorney to give him a call and be sure to at least decide for yourself if he is right for you. We will if needed to again... He should at least be on your short to call ...
