I got caught in a speed trap 300 miles away from home. I found John on the Avvo site, filled out and submitted the short form and he immediately called me. He explained what he would try to accomplish, what was possible and warned me that there were no guarantees. However, everything he he said he would try, he accomplished, so my speed was reduced so that I qualified for traffic school, the fine was reduced by 75% and the date was extended since I was scheduled to be out of the country for the period on on the citation. A few times when I had questions, he was quickly back in touch and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right person.

I'm more than happy with the results John got for me. After reaching out to several lawyers for almost a month I almost was going to give up and except the fact I was going to spend my holidays in jail and loose a good job and the new home my family just moved into then I found John Underwood. He took my case that nobody else would touch and I had little hope, the DA and Probation seemed determined to make me do the time and the judge wasn't very sympathetic yet somehow it ended with no jail, no probation, free and clear and so happy I'll be with my family for Christmas. I want all drivers to know but especially CDL truck drivers to know that Miss Underwood know exactly what she’s doing. This 15 miles over speeding ticket would have sky rocketed my insurance premium and damaged my CDL license. It cost me $600.00 to have her handle it for me. Without Miss Underwood it would have cost me close to the same money in fines and court costs plus damage to my CDL safety rating but with paying the $600.00 to her firm she got the ticket dismissed and nothing on my CDL record.
