My experience with this firm is nothing but respect and down to earth people doing the best they can in a situation where your completely blind .colvin was actually the first person I talked to and buy luck he had his personal number on Google and he actually had to pull over his truck to speak to me after a wreak and as far as me being blind with this process and how it works I'm appreciative for Rachel and her communication she is shinning at her role in this and I can't express how much I'm thankful for how everything came out and basically I just let them guide and explain it and then I just did what I had to do and nothing more also I was forced to do things there way they were and still are my biggest help in this horrible year I had ...thank you Rachel and your team for everything I appreciate you to the fullest
