I just got done with my divorce and custody case and Tony and his team were amazing through it all. Although I did not get everything that I wanted, he was very honest from the beginning and told me what he thought I would be able to get. Great experience through a bad time.

Very good attorney

I hired Nick Azemika back in 2010 for custody proceedings and again most recently in April 2017 to represent me in another horrific custody battle. I appreciate Mr. Azemika’s straight forward, honest, hard-working demeanor, and utmost professionalism. Each time I have been taken back to court with Nick by my side, I feel not only fully prepared, but I leave with the results expected. Nick worked tirelessly along with his staff on my case. The amount of dedication and professionalism on my case was unparalleled by any other lawyer around I assure you. First off want to apologize to Nick for taking so long to write this review. It's long overdue. Had a great experience w Nick and his great staff, Bridgette and Kim. They both were such a big help. Thanks guys. I live in Nyc and had to find a lawyer in Bakersfield to help me deal w an unreasonable ex who made it difficult for me to be in contact w my minor daughter who I always had a great relationship ever since she was born. I needed help w child custody, child support, & permanent visitations. I didnt want to take the chance and do this on my own and risk my time w my daughter. So I spoke to several lawyers but after speaking w Nick I felt he was the man to help me out. He was upfront w me on what to expect and let me tell you I was very ecstatic w the outcome w all 3 phases. I got joint, legal, physical custody, a fair child support I pay and got great permanent visitations which I know if I did this on my own i probably would have been screwed. Being a father especially an out of state one I needed a lawyer who will look out for my best interests and Nick and his staff were the ones. I recently went though a divorce. We were married for six years with one young child. Tony Azemika and his office made the entire process as pleasant as a nasty divorce possibly can be. Tony was very honest with me the entire time and made sure I had a very clear understanding throughout each new situation and circumstance. The Azemika firm has a very helpful and informed office staff that responds to questions and provides detailed information upon request.
