Attorney Mark Reimondo was awesome! His prices were very reasonable, another attorney wanted to charge me over 3 times what he did. AND he took care of my case in ONE court appearance!! To put the cherry on top his staff was very friendly. I can’t stress enough, how grateful I am to have had him as my attorney. I highly recommend him!

Mark and his entire staff are very professional, hardworking, and effective.. A team of miracle workers- honestly. Our son is FREE and home thanks to the truth being shown by Mark and his staff. We hired Mark after our son’s case was already set for jury trial. The best offer he received was 14 years in state prison. Many efforts were made to show the DA the truth, but because it was a serious injury/domestic violence case no one would listen. Eventually the jury did. Mark and Taylor conducted about a three week jury trial with our son. Mark appeared to have full control of the trial. The maximum sentence was 18 possible years in prison. After all of the evidence came out, all 12 jurors rejected the DA case and found our son not guilty on all felony charges!!!! Our son was released the same night. We are so thankful to all of the help, the pep talks/comfort, the solid investigations and all of Mark’s perpetration.. Being faced with such a scary situation, it was very helpful to always have Mark available to get us all through such an ordeal. He never promised us anything other than the truth coming out. I have to say they that their word was bond and our boy is home with another chance of life. Mark, Taylor, Glen, Alex, Lucy, and Bert all made sure of it. We highly recommend them!!

My fiancé and I were very lucky to find Mr.Raimondo. He is a god send. My fiancé‘s child’s mother lied and had felony charges brought against my fiancé due to her losing full custody of their daughter. After calling numerous other attorneys and them asking for way too much. I found Mr. Raimondo online, I emailed him the situation and he responded back telling me to make an appointment with his office for a free consultation. I called and his friendly staff got us in right away. My fiancé and I explained the situation to him and that these charges are false due to a current custody battle going on. He really cared and listened to us. He gave us best and worst case scenario and his fee for retaining him. My fiancé and I were really nervous at this point. Once he told us the fee we were a ecstatic, we couldn’t believe it. He was so reasonable we retained him the next day. He said he should be able to have this dismissed, worst case misdemeanor no jail time. The first court appearance was the arraignment. The next court appearance one month later CASE DISMISSED! I commend Mr. Raimondo he is the best Attorney in Bakersfield he and his staff are friendly and professional and he is affordably priced. He does not make guarantees, he gives it to you straight. I hired Mark and he was so confident that I wouldn't serve time and the court times did take over a year but the outcome was awesome. He was confident never lost faith in my case. He is a lawyer I would recommend in a heartbeat and use again. (But I hope I never do)
