Mark Raimondo was, and is a god-send. From the moment I first contacted him, he assured me everything would turn out fine, and not to sweat it. Our daughter was arrested and received two charges in May while attending the LIB festival in Bakersfield. First, Mark was able to get the felony charge (poss/purchase for sale, narcotic/controlled substance) dismissed. Secondly, and equally important, Mark triumphed in getting the misdemeanor (possess controlled substance) to a dismissal without having to enter a plea. Once the AA/NA meetings and 200 hours of community service is complete, the dismissal will be disposed. Perhaps most important, there will not be a criminal record for our daughter. This was a long, taxing, and upsetting ordeal for our family, yet his re-assurance not once waned. Mark is experienced in his field and apt at establishing rapport with young adults. Mark Raimondo can be trusted to do EXACTLY what he tells you he will do. I know I made the right call, and you will be too.

My husband and I were fortunate to find this amazing team. However, there were some hiccups but they took action and resolved the matter. When we hired them we were living in Dubai and had some illegal issues to be resolved before arriving and after. Mr. Mark , Mr. Alex and there secretary Jasmine were with us every step of the way. I’m writing this review on my behalf and my family. I got into some legal trouble last year and I was in need of a lawyer. Mark and his staff at the office were very helpful. I was charged with a Felony charge. From day one Mark told me that he would not recommend anything but a Misdemeanor. Mark was honest and direct which was what I needed at the time. He always made himself available when I needed to meet up with him and if I had a question to ask his staff they were always willing to help. Through all the hearings even when I was willing to give up Mark inspired me not to quit and he would get me the misdemeanor. I would see him sometimes and I’d be ready to just give up but he wasn’t. Finally, the DA finally gave up. Mark wore them out. And I got a misdemeanor and no jail time. I haven’t written many reviews but I believe when you’re in need of a lawyer and you’re searching for one. I believe it’s good to do some research. Having said that, all I can do is be honest and tell you that Mark is a great lawyer, he saved all my future and is the right person you’ll in your corner when you’re in need of a lawyer. My family and I will always be grateful to Mark and his staff for their help.

We needed nothing short of a miracle for my son, he was facing over 10 years in prison when we came to Mr. Raimondo. Mark told us from the first day that this is going to be very very difficult.....my son already had two strikes and a suspended 7 year prison sentence from an older case with a public defender, then he picked up more felony charges. We listened to all of the advice that Mark gave us though well over a year. He absolutely steered us for that time for another chance for my son...Well Mark was able to get my son one last chance and he did not go to state prison.....His prices are very fair and his staff was very helpful.
