I have been working with Richard McBurnie for over ten years. Richard did our Living Trust and he was very thorough and settled for nothing less then 100% accuracy. He was very concerned about our needs and worked hard to attain the desired results we expected. He did not try to push us through the process. Instead, he focused on doing it right the first time. I did not realize the level of experience needed to do a Living Trust correctly but, I am so thankful we found him. We have now done about 30 Probate and Trust sales with him. With 100% success on every project, why would anyone look to someone else. Call him, you will be happy you did.

Mr. McBurnie has been like a breath of fresh air. He has taken over a very complex probate case for me which he has been able to bring through the paper work of dealing with well over 100 legal heirs and has kept the ball rolling. In short I am amazed at his depth of knowledge of his subject and his humane consideration for his clients. He is available and reliable and on time. I would recommend him without reservation.
