I was driving not intoxicated, me break booster went out , went to get help to get var off of a rock. As I return 4 officers were on site! I was sjaken & had a drink with my friend before returning to truck. I came directly back, spoke to police ,they smelled cinnamon & all attitud3s changed! All the sudden in their eyes I was breaking law! They used 3 different blow machines, I pads d field sobriety, had tow truck on way! These officers seemed new in my small town. Before I knew what I did wrong I was in handcuffs! Over the years from age 18 this would be my 3RD drinking & driving ,which carries very heavy penalties! I was scared! Need to drive lots of responsibilities! So I googled top attorneys in Bakersfield. I was taken in for a talk with Sam. I was Leary as ive never gotten a attorney before. Boy am I so very happy I found Sam at Whitman! I do not know how he does it- it seemed as of he performed magic? I received a 1st time offender charge and was back on the road in days! I ammm so GREATFUL to Sam! I wish they handled more than dui's! If you are in serious trouble, looking at steep jail time, losing licence for 3 YEARS ! He truly saved me in a a situation I THOUGHT I was done! These officer's then went on to bill me for 10 total hours with me/arresting me $1900+$!!!! Sam has also taken on that u fair overblown charge for a crime I didn't commit! I learned a lng time ago do NOT argue /ddosahree withofficers! Let Sam do it socwe tually have a voice!!!! If you are in trouble call Sam and go for free consult! He doesn't make grand promise s, but he OVER- DELIVERED ON MY CASE! Iletanyone know in need.
