Jesus Mendez is an incredibly effective yet compassionate paralegal. He truly cares for his clients and goes above and beyond to help. The unprofessionalism from the receptionist in this office is AWFUL!!! She was super disrespectful and hung up on my a total of 4 times!!! Even after I asked if she can give me a minute to explain, she went on to say “ok I’ll give you a minute before I hung up” and she did just that. She has a terrible attitude! I mean just read all the responses to the 1 star reviews, they’re awful!
