I've had the unfortunate need to use Ms. Etcheverry a handful of times over the last decade or so. My cases have ranged from Dissolution of Marriage to Custody and Abandonment. Ms. Etcheverry has exceeded my expectations every time. Her staff is friendly, compassionate and understand how to deal with a client who is going through some of the toughest situations in their life. Ms. Etcheverry is outstanding in Court and is not scared to take your case to Trial if necessary. I cannot recommend her enough! I would not waste time with another consultation, this is the Attorney you need.

After watching Ms. Etcheverry in court, I changed lawyers and hired her in the middle of my divorce. Best decision I ever made. She's worth every penny that I paid, plus more.

I will start by saying this.. that if you do not hire Paige as your Attorney, you better pray that your EX DOESN'T. Our family is so thankful for Paige and her staff. Because of Paige, our Family is together and we have the children in a safe and loving home. Paige is very strong at knowing the law and all of the different codes and sections of the law. Paige knows what to say and when to say it and we are always so confident anytime we walk into the court room with her on our side. We are so thankful that we retained Paige and that the other side didn't, and especially if you are a parent trying to fight for custody of your children, there isn't a better Attorney in town. Paige knows how to get your children for you and keep your children for you especially if you are a parent trying to place the best interest of your children first. Paige will not be bullied and she will stand up and fight her heart out for you and your family. We have come to the realization that most attorneys in town do not want to take on Paige because of how smart she is and how deep she studies your case. There is a reason why Paige has so many clients jumping from one court room to the next while other attorneys just sit around all day waiting for their "one" trial for the day. Paige took our case very seriously and more importantly she took our case personally and fought for our family like it was her own. Paige has laughed with us, cried with us, and been there for us in our most stressful and difficult times of need. She has become like family to us. Most Attorneys end up costing about the same money by the time it's all over and we decided for our family that we only wanted to the best. Family/divorce court is extremely important in determining the outcome of the rest of your life so don't gamble by choosing a cheap attorney. Do yourself a favor and at least set up a consultation with Paige and you will know right away that you've made the right decision. We were referred to Paige from four different friends/family that had retained Paige and they were all very pleased and thankful for the outcome that Paige was able to secure for them and their children and family. I will finish by saying this.. if you do not hire Paige, you better pray to God that your EX DOESN'T.

When I hired Paige I was so depressed because my daughter had just been taken away and custody given to my ex. Without her I would have never been able to turn the tables around. She told me to be patient and we would be able to get custody back. She is very expensive but she did what no other attorney could do. Words can not express how thankful I am to have hired her.

I hired Ms. Etcheverry because I was in the middle of a highly contested divorce case. I have had two other attorneys over the last three years and I can't say enough positive about Ms. Etcheverry. She was always available to me as she gave out her cell phone and answered my text at almost any time of the day. Paige was a strong lawyer who fought for our daughters well being. Like most, this was our first experience in court. This was not only hard and difficult emotionally for us, but confussing process. Glad I didn't waste time trying anyone else first. Paige has been a complete bulldog in the courtroom and nothing but professional in handling my case. Being a man, especially in this state, I never imagined so much would go my way in terms of child support and custody. I am always notified in advance of my next hearing and my case has never been continued for anything other than legitimate court related reasons. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me and my case. Don't waste time, get her in your corner ASAP!!

The heading says it all. I too had two previous attorneys prior to Paige, and it cost me losing custody of my child. Completely. No legal custody or anything. I had read the reviews on her and was shocked because so many people referred me to her why would so many people say horrible things on here? I met with her and felt extremely safe with her. She told me I should have never lost my daughter and we will fight to get her back. My ex hired the number 1 rated attorney and most expensive in bakersfield. She was never intimidated by him and never backed down. Within five months of her representing me, I got full custody and primary again. She is very busy because she is a GREAT attorney, so I ne we expected her to call me back and quite frankly I would rather pay a paralegal rate for a phone call than an attorney rate. She always answered any question I had within minutes of texting her. There are truly no words I can describe for kelly either. When I felt weak, she made me feel strong, when I was worried, she took away my fears. Her and Paige never told me any false hope. They always are very straight forward and tell you what to expect. I would have never got my baby back If it wasn't for her. She didn't charge an arm and leg, and honestly I would have paid four times what I did to keep her, she is that good. I always wonder if reviews are accurate and trust me, if I could recommend anyone, it would hands down be Paige. As a mother you want your kid with you and safe from harm and danger. Where I was, I can honestly say I would never have gotten primary custody back let alone legal. her father got very little hours with her after I won primary, and for the best interest of my child, I have decided to mediate with him and give him more hours and nights for the best interest of my daughter, even though I know had Paige gone to trial, he would have got way less time. Paige never was upset I wanted to mediate or said no. She knew we would win at trial but she honestly does want the best for your children! She is God sent and I truly owe her the world for bringing my baby back home!! I highly recommend her, she is the best! Truly an angel!!
