I had a very bad experience with attorney Mark Smith. They make settlement offers and then they back out before you can provide payment.

I have used Mr. Nilsson twice for Labor Board Issues (I am an employer for a small business). I was pleased with his preparation and skill, and that he did not overcharge me for services, and did not add extra charges. Both cases were settled quickly and satisfactorily. Another colleague used him as well, after I recommended Mr Nilsson, My colleague was equally pleased with Mr. Nilsson's services. I give him the highest of recommendations for labor law/employee issues.
