Very competent and honest attorneys.

Mr Middlebrook and his staff are the best people I ever invested in. They are very professional and my outcome was better than I could have hoped.

Made the mistake of using him twice now.. He promises you the world but once they get your money they give you the cold shoulder. Communication drops off right after you sign the paperwork and pay... He said he'd keep me out of jail and that wasn't true... He does the work and then boasts about how much work he did when he fails... At my arraignment he was literally shaking and his voice was cracking when the judge was trying to remand me from bail I paid twice...If I wanted someone to hold my hand through court I would have went with a Public Defender or a much cheaper lawyer. He will never take your case to trial so unless you have some crazy loop holes in your case I wouldn't even try it... DUI is one of the only crimes where the jury gets knowledge of previous DUIs so he simply won't take your case to trial with previous DUIs. If it's your first then a public defender will get you the same as he will... Total waste of money but if you're a Barbie looking Rosedale individual he will get you off. I watched him get someone off Scott free that was going to court with during my DUI court dates... I could hear what they were discussing in the hallway before court and this woman's DUI was much worse than mine... Im sure they make deals with the DAs on which get off and who's going to be the sacrificial lamb. Do yourself the favor and get a public defender if it's your first or second. He also failed miserably on my expungement too... Before I paid him he swore up and down he could get it 100% expunged which wasn't true.. After our last court date he informed me that expungement is "discretionary" which he didn't explain while we signed the paper work. If I knew it was going to be a gamble I wouldn't have forked over the money. I would never use this guy again or even refer him to anyone.

I had to find a great attorney for my first DUI, and after many calls and discussions I chose Middlebrook and Associates. EVERYTHING Richard said “might” happen,,, did happen. I couldn’t be happier. No hassling with DMV, and not one court appearance. I’m not proud to have gotten a DUI, but, I am so glad I chose this firm. Gabrielle LaCarre and the whole team made me feel great and guided me through the process. Highly Recommend Middlebrook and Associates.

Like all others who have found themselves in the legal predicament of being charged with Driving Under the Influence I was confused and fearful of my future and the outcome. After asking around for recommendations from friends, Mr. Middlebrook was repeatedly and highly recommended. After my initial call and consultation with Richard Middlebrook and his very respectful and knowledgeable assistants my fears were drastically eased and my knowledge of the situation that I had found myself in was greatly improved. At every step of the process Mr. Middlebrook and his staff were on point and completely exceeded my expectations. I never once had to appear in court because Mr. Middlebrook would appear on my behalf. Anytime I called his office, his staff took the time to answer any and all of my questions. Most of the time his office to the initiative to call or email me with updates with my case. With Mr. Middlebrook's efforts the results of my case were exceptional and better than I could have hoped for. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Richard Middlebrook and his magnificent staff to handle any case involving a DUI !! The first and biggest mistake someone could make with their case would be to not consult Middlebrook and Associates!

Paid the firm on Dec.18. - I was told "If it took 22 trips to the courts my ".03 no -traffic stop DUI -would be dismissed". I heard no info. from them for 5 months- (when he sent me another person's entire file in error.) I then reached out to them in every way I could- and he did not get back to me for 5 more months- When he did call -he was full of complaints as to why my ".03 dui with no traffic stop" case was so difficult - After that, in 11.19 -he offered me a FULL REFUND in writing - I was very concerned so I flew to Calif to meet with him 1.20-- he offered many excuses as to why we could never meet. I asked both for my refund- ( never got it) and also for a copy of my fee agreement as he said he was "working for free"- ( I previously paid him a FORTUNE to handle this matter for me.- and his office recognized receipt and deposit of the payments.) Turns out, among other things, the fee agreement was never signed by either party-. Neither this man {or his firm} were reliable - they did only 3 boilerplate motions for discovery- including one failed pitches motion. Ultimately, once I found an honest ethical attorney- my case was dismissed in one meeting (by a bright ethical gal right out of law school.)

Having a DUI was nothing of what I felt proud but even with all the bad feelings of the DUI experience Mr Middlebrook make me felt that everything was going to be ok , he treated me with respect and kept me informed at all times . Sincerely not that I want to have to use his services again but he would be the only law firm that I would trust if I need it again. Thank you very much.

The most horrible waste of money on a lawyer.. Did nothing for my $6,500...had a commercial license...pat the lawyer did nothing at my DMV hearings...dragged out my case over half a year just to end up with a mediocre outcome..lost my commercial license.. No help with expungement They don't call you in person..just send you emails.. I would go with another law firme to represent you in this trouble time
