Richard is one of the best DUI attorneys in the country. He is the lawyer other lawyers go to for advice on how to handle DUI cases. He has fought and won some of the most important DMV DUI cases of the past decade. In addition to being an expert at DUI DMV matters, he is an incredible DUI trial attorney.

I worked for Richard Middlebrook and it was a very professional and pleasant working environment. I know that he truly cares about each and every one of his clients, and is extremely passionate when fighting for them. The most horrible waste of money on a lawyer..
Did nothing for my $6,500...had a commercial license...pat the lawyer did nothing at my DMV hearings...dragged out my case over half a year just to end up with a mediocre outcome..lost my commercial license..
No help with expungement
They don't call you in person..just send you emails..
I would go with another law firme to represent you in this trouble time
