Tom has been my Estate Planning and Tax Lawyer since 1990. He is the best I have ever worked with. Three years ago, I was subjected to a grueling audit by the IRS. During the audit, questions were presented by the IRS audit team regarding major and minor declared expenses. Tom recalled information I had forgotten about or forgotten how the information was categorized. He guided the auditors to specifics in the return, with supporting documentation, that answered all there questions in a positive way. I was amazed. Later I asked him how he was able to recall the information. Tom's response was, "I like to do my homework before I meet with tax auditors". His knowledge of tax code and law is impressive. His knowledge of my tax returns is more impressive. If you are in need of a very competent and reasonably priced Tax and Estate Planning Attorney you can't go wrong with Tom.
