Working with Joye Wiley: highest compliments; highly recommended. Joye assisted with my wife's immigration to the US from Japan. Joye was knowledgeable, prompt with replies...and friendly. Her explanations were clear and her assistance with interview preparations appreciated.

My husband and I had the best experience ever with attorney Cara Jobson, she was able to find ways for my husband to stay in the US, even with two DUI's. Our previous attorney did a lousy job on the way he handled my husbands case and gave us no hope. After meeting Cara Jobson, we felt comfortable on letting her handle the case. On Sep 19, 2016 Cara was able to win the case before the immigration Judge awarding my husband an Asylum. Very please with her.

Cara Jobson was our attorney through the Immigration process, and she is amazing! Always answered all our questions, even on weekends, followed up with everything before we could, Talked us through the interview practice and corrected a lot of our mistakes in our forms and papers. We are glad we worked with such a calm, knowledgeable and prompt lawyer, She even was ever present and ever ready, and even though are journey with them is over, she said her doors are always open for us. We would highly recommend her- Her work is commendable and we are glad we had her as our lawyer!!

My case was led by Joye Wiley. My fiance was in Ukraine, and we did not have a chance of being together until the change in DOMA. I hired Ms. Wiley in August of 2013. She guided us every step of the stressful way to get a K1 visa. We got it from the first attempt in the Kiev Embassy. After arriving to the USA, Ms. Wiley continued guiding us to apply and receive a green card. All in all, my husband got to the USA in January of 2014 and got his green card in mail in July - amazing!!! Throughout the process, Joye Wiley was calm, knowledgeable, courteous, down to earth, honest. The whole case took 11 months to get fully resolved. It was an absolute joy to work with Joye :)

Joye handled my case from my very first visa all the way to my citizenship. I worked with Cara to have my US Citizenship application processed (N-400). My case was not a straight forward case, I had some complications that I am not in liberty to discuss over this forum but I will say that Cara managed to coast through all my challenges very smoothly. I passed my N-400 interview in February and 1 week later received a notice regarding being scheduled for an oath ceremony. Here are my observations about Cara and this practice: - Cara cares: this is quite simply what makes her a fantastic lawyer to work with. How many times have you had an appointment with a lawyer who didn't even remember your name, care about your case or show the slightest interest in you as a human being. -This law office is busy: every time I am there, the phone is ringing non-stop and the entire team is swamped (this is a very good sign by the way). -Customer service oriented: I had my interview in the san jose office, and Cara drove all the way from San Francisco for an 8:00 am appointment-- this is dedication! -Very competitive pricing: I shopped around for a good immigration attorney and found that Cara's pricing was straight forward and quite honestly a good deal Good luck with everyone's 'journey to freedom' !
