Initially I was very overwhelmed by my case and wasn’t sure how to proceed but Joe helped guide me step by step along the way. He is a also a very cool and funny guy. Would recommend to anyone.

Mr. Mastro helped me with my DUI case, and was able to get me a great result. Joe is very smart, kind, and always available when needed. My son got into some trouble before Covid hit and of course he had just turned 18, without Mr. Joseph Mastro Attorney-at-Law this could have been much worse. We called so many lawyers and no one would return our calls or they told us they were to busy. Mr. Mastro answered and spent about a half hour just talking to us, he did not ask for money to talk to us, just gave us some advice which he did not need to do without payment. Let me provide a review to Atty. Joe Mastro. I was arrested of DUI back in Dec. 2019. I was so terrified, stressed and nervous. So I decided to hired a DUI lawyer which is Joe Mastro. Before I contacted Joe. I went to another lawyer that I got from website. I won't disclose the name. The lawyer want me to pay all the full cost up front. Then, I realized why should I pay him right away. I haven't received my verdict at the court and DMV decision of my hearings yet. The lawyer said pay him and he will call me if he needs some information from me. So, I saw Joe's name on my work's legal plan. Then I contacted him right away. I'm happy and surprised that he didn't ask me to put down-payment and up front cost. He said we will wait until we hear from the court and dmv. I was so relieved because I don't have money yet. He's not for money. He told me I will only pay him after the hearing at the court is done as well as the DMV. I was so relieved. Then he's very helpful and give me a good advise' I dumped all my worries to him. again, I was so worried, upset and don't know what to do. Then after the hearing, I have 3 options on my case and I took the 4 months suspension less money and less spending. I was very relieved and I don't have to worry. He's a very kind, honorable and decent lawyer. He's not up to your money. He asked for less monies on your case. Most of my friends that had DUI spent 7 to 10K. Like the other lawyer that I saw he want's me to pay right away. I'll would highly recommend Joe to be your DUI Atty. Joe is the best lawyer. Thanks Joe if not for you. I will be depressed, nervous. I had a serious situation with my drivers license. And due to the fact that companies discriminate on your tiny little driving mistakes, they will not hire you if you have a suspension with in 1 or 3 years. Not many people know this.
