My very elderly parents and I had a long meeting with Linda about updating their living trust, which went well (aside from her double booking the time and having to turn someone away). Then they waited months and months with no communication, only to finally hear that she was just too busy to get to it. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was recommend to call Linda by a good family friend who is an expert attorney in another field of law regarding a troublesome estate issue. Although she couldn't take my case directly, she went the extra mile and helped me to sort through some of the red tape around California law by explaining how inheritance law works. In addition, she was able to find some background information on my very complex family estate issue. I plan to have her complete my own personal trust and I highly recommend Linda for estate planning!

Robert Cheasty represented me after a very bad car accident back in 2008. My car was totaled and the other party was hospitalized due to broken ribs. I was so scared because I had the minimum coverage that I haven't made any change for 10 years, but he helped me settled that case within a year.
