My son and I had initially retained David Tchack's legal services to defend against an unlawful detainer filed by my son's landlord. After David successfully resolved the unlawful detainer, he represented my son in filing an affirmative civil lawsuit against the landlord. David tirelessly fought for my son's tenant rights and protections and ultimately achieved a favorable outcome for him. David applied his arsenal of knowledge, skills and expertise to meticulously build an airtight case. His brilliant writing talents enabled him to carefully craft his arguments while citing pertinent laws. As a strategic thinker, he anticipated the other party's tactics in order to plan an appropriate course of action to move the case forward. David is an exceptional lawyer through and through.
