A written Will, of 21 pages. A Financial Power of Attorney of 18 pages. A Health Care Power of Attorney of 12 pages. A few pages of Transfer Documents concerning real property. Advice on how to give my body to medical research and how to have my children have immediate access to my checking and savings accounts without waiting for a Death Certificate. We had two meetings with Elaine who had been referred highly to us by a financial advisor and she was an excellent listener, probed to cover all the basis, and is a delightful and down to earth person.
