Who said you can't recover on a Diminished Value Claim? I was rear ended on the Golden Gate Bridge. After seven months of runaround from the at fault Insurance Co. resulting total unresponsiveness, I made one call to Sami. I sent all of my documentation and emails to him, and wallah! Four months later I had a settlement for $25k plus for my claim that I thought I would never see. Sami's firm kept me updated throughout the lengthy process. One phone call and a lot of patience resulted in a positive outcome. If you get stymied on a DV Claim, Sami should be your go to guy.

When you are injured, you need someone knowledgeable on your side, and Sami Goel should be your only choice, because having the wrong attorney on your side, can cause you to have additional stress and make you sicker and frustrated. I was injured, a vehicle did not stop at a sign and TBone my car and it was a total loss, you never can predict when something like that is going to happen, and I don't know attorneys, there were so many to choose from; Well I had the wrong attorney and they caused me more stress than the stress of being hurt was causing me, my primary doctor saw the additional stress I was having and he said: "call Sami", his office manager gave me Sami Goel's number and I called him, and that was the best call I ever made. Since Sami Goel took over my case I did not have to do anything but get to better, all the extra aggravation from having the wrong attorney was gone. Sami Goel handled everything; I even received 30 days rental coverage paid for, instead of the 10 days that " my own insurance company" wanted to pay, because Sami call the insurance company and handled it, I was happy not have to pay the 20 additional days, that I had to keep the rental until I found a new car. Sami’s office was extremely responsive to all my communications. Sami even provided me his personal cell number so I no problems reaching him when I had questions or concerns regarding my case. His office kept me up to date with everything and let me know if I needed to do anything.
