Todd Bonder represents me in a case that is both financially significant and emotionally fraught. Reviewing his communications with opposing counsel and with out-of-state attorneys whom he has engaged on my behalf, it's clear that Todd is like a chess player thinking many moves ahead of everyone else in the game. Todd has been equally good on the personal side, answering questions and keeping me apprised of all developments in real time. Also, Todd's distaste for the evasive and ethically questionable behavior of opposing litigants and counsel has highlighted his own high ethical standards and increased my comfort level with him. As a professional and as a person I've come to hold him in the highest regard.

Todd Bonder has served as my outside counsel for more than 10 years.
