When I tell an associate to stop calling, texting, or telling me how sorry he is, after using the free consultation as leverage, as if it's going to be taken away, and a reason to adhere to HIS agenda, while ignoring my request to connect me to a supervisor, that is an insult to the time I have agreed to lend.”

Disregard for client's time and schedule
