To say that Mark knows what he's doing is an understatement the man is a genius in his field. I was looking at going to trial for a crime I didn't do. Mark took my case and got the charges dropped.

I was beyond blessed to have the opportunity to have Mark represent me throughout a rough point in my life. Through the bad decisions I made I had to face judgement. However, Mark was there! He was by my side through and through. He represented me and also who I truly was as a person. As my attorney he also began to take the time to get to know me, to see I was ok, and be there for my well being. I wouldn't trust or ever let anyone besides Mark represent me in any legal matter. To describe Mark as an "excellent" attorney would be an understatement. He is everything I hoped for in an attorney. Mark is kind, compassionate, empathetic, passionate, intelligent... He demonstrated a lot of empathy and passion for my case. Mark was easy communicate with and even took the time to email me and personally update me on the case. He listened and validated the information I shared with him and was never condescending. However, what impressed me the most about Mark is the day he argued my motion in court. As the judge seemed to be preparing to deny the motion, Mark passionately threw open his arms in open court, raised his voice, and said, "Come on your honor! Give this man a break. He singlehandedly raised a special needs child on his own..." In that moment, I was overwhelmed with emotion because Mark's actions demonstrated that he genuinely cared about me and my case. So much so that he was willing to put himself on the line and become even a little undignified in open court. Mark's actions showed that he cared more about winning my case than what the judge or anyone else thought about him that day. This is just one of many things stands out about Mark and makes him an amazing lawyer and an amazing human.

Ok, i have been scared as I could be. i made mistakes 5 years ago. UCLA Grad Student. I live in Kansas now and we have been good friends for 25 years. It was time for me to make up for 2011 dui.
