Excellent consultation. Ryan was polite, intelligent and thorough. Ryan helped me with an employment law related issue and gave me sound advice.

I paid for a 15 minute consultation about a debt owed by our old company. Ryan was very thorough in our options and the pros and cons of what we could do. He came up with a reasonable plan at a moderate rate. We are deciding whether we need to take further action for our situation and if we do we will definitely be hiring Ryan.

I was incredibly impressed with Ryan -- I had a small legal issue arise and his response time, and quality of reply, were incredibly good. I'd highly recommend him if you have CA real estate legal issues you'd like to discuss (I'm sure he covers other disciplines, but that was my topic of discussion).

Everything about the website, the system and the consultation was top notch with one minor exception: After submitting my payment I was sent to a screen asking me to select a lawyer. It said I should do this unless I'd selected "next available lawyer" -- an option that did not appear in the original checkout screen. I selected Ryan Nori and was sent to another checkout screen. While I was trying to sort out how to proceed Mr Nori called me. Other than this minor glitch, my experience with AVVO was excellent!

Ryan was very prompt and courteous with his call. I felt he really listened and tried to understand my complicated situation. He offered a few scenarios and offered his help. I appreciated his professionalism and Empathy.
