When i was looking for a lawyer to help me look into my sons brain injury i made a few calls but got answering machines instead and when i got to Tom Alchs office the secretary took my information down and within an hour he was on the phone with me asking me more question in regards to my sons injury.Everytime there was an update he communicated it with me he made me feel at ease and always explained everything to me.If i ever had any questions he was there to answer them for me.Eventhough it was stressful at times he was patient and compassionate with me.He was there every step of the way until it was settled.
