I was dealing with a very difficult employment situation. Not only was she able to keep me from making several very detrimental mistakes that would have given the company the upper hand in negotiations, she was tough and ultimately was able to get much better results than if I tried to negotiate on my own. She is tough, yet with me she was compassionate and understood the emotional rollercoaster that I was on. I will have her in my corner again in a heartbeat.
