From the first time I spoke with Herrera I felt I am talking to a lawyer who is very knowledgeable and would really help me. I had a difficult case with granting my permanent 10 years green card with I-751 .Max Herrera made it happen! he is not only super professional but he treats his clients like a family. I wish there were more stars I can put as he deserves 10stars !

We applied in the hardest time of America immigration History and Max used his connections to bring me in Oscars and Grammy Award parties to help my case. Max is a lawyer that cares to connect with his clients on a personal level and would check up on them from time to time. During the process, he gave me a list of documents to prepare and helped review them before the application. When I had trouble obtaining certain materials, he was always available to provide assistance. His approach is to let the clients be involved but was also incredibly present. I chose him to be my lawyer after talking to 5 or 6 others mainly because I agreed with his morals. I found that important after hearing many horror stories from my international friends who were left helpless and isolated by their lawyers. I am still waiting for my results but I am thankful to have Max's professional help.

My wife's I-130 was taking long to process and I needed to take action so we weren't apart or stuck overseas more than necessary. Not sure how we did it but I gave Max a call and the application was approved within days. He's knowledgeable and you can tell he wants the best for you and to help you out....Great Guy!!!
