I few months ago I had to hire an attorney for a child custody matter. I came across Provianziano & associates through google search and choose this firm because of their great reviews and high ratings . I’m glad I did, my attorney Alfonse F. Provianziano, was able to get everything done fairly quick and I got child custody in my favor. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Bad lawyer Lost my case. And didn’t even show up in court

I had been in family court for three years before hiring Al Provinziano. My child’s father filed for full custody of my son without ever being part of his life prior to that, my son was 4 at the time. I had hired an attorney to represent me and it was a nightmare. My child’s father refused to follow any of the court orders that were given, failed every drug test, was not cooperative with the visitation schedule... I can go on and on. We went back to court and my attorney at the time failed to represent me adequately. Instead of reducing visitation with this man, they granted him shared physical custody. Which now meant that my child was going to be in the hands of a man who couldn’t pass a drug test, whom would get into physical altercations with his girlfriend while they were both high on meth in front of my child, who would physically, mentally, and emotionally abuse my child. After a handful of court hearings it was just getting worse and worse. At one point my attorney was acting as if he was representing both my child’s father and myself when I was the one paying him and we were up against my child’s father. It was ridiculous. I was overwhelmed, traumatized by the court, anxious, stressed out, lost, I didn’t know what to do. I searched up “best family law attorneys in LA” and Provinziano&Associates was the first to come up. After this I reached out to them and I cannot explain the feeling I felt. For the first time in YEARS I felt relief. From the very first moment I got on the phone with them, to the emails, the phone calls, the interactions with everyone I had, to the moment I met Al at court for the first time, to the very last court. They were always there for me. Ashot who is one of the associates that worked on my case with Mr. Provinziano was always there. I would email him and no matter what time it was he would always get back to me in a timely manner, and would answer all my questions. He always made it feel like my case was the only case they had, that’s how much attention was given to me. I also had many encounters with Alexis when I would make my payments. She helped keep my expenses down to a minimum, telling me what would be economically worth pursuing and what wouldn’t. She never made me feel uncomfortable, her customer service is outstanding, she would follow up with me and make sure everything was going well. And lastly, Al Provinziano. He is exceptionally knowledgeable. He is a very respected man in court, he listens and observes but when it’s his turn to speak he is very confident. He’s literally a BEAST. He’s prepared to answer every single question and comment thrown at him. He points out facts and states things about your case that work in your favor that you would never even think of. Every interaction I had with him was remarkably pleasing. I am an extremely anxious person, I stress out to the point that I feel like I’m going to faint when we’re in front of the judge... Al took all that away. He made me feel so confident, he made all my anxiety and stress go away. He treated me as if I was family, always making sure that he was going to do what was best for my son, his safety, and for my peace of mind as well. I cannot thank him enough he is literally HEAVEN SENT!! If I could give Provinziano&Associates more than 5 stars I definitely would!
