I hired Al and his firm because of his advertised aggressive approach with his 25+ years of expertise and experience in the field of child custody and visitation. Al was extremely distant from my case the entire time, maybe spoke to him a total of three times; only about $. My case was passed between 2 attorney and a bunch of employees ( I do not know their specific role). My case was rather unique due to some mishaps I had with child dependency court. There was vague and ambiguous language on the closing order -- I asked for clarification multiple times and never got a straight answer of what the orders were for &/or what was being asked/expected of me. Don't you think an attorney of 25+ years should be able to read closing orders and give clear indicators on what to do so I am prepared to best represent myself and "change of circumstances" to the judge? Needless to say, almost a year (due to COVID reschedules) went by, nothing but wasted time and money!!! When I was finally seen in front of the judge I ended up speaking more in court than my attorney!! The judge also said the same things the apposing party had been saying all along!!! The only real thing this firm really did for me as a collective was correct the court documentation errors my previous attorney made. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM if you are in a desperate place in your battles and need real results!!!

To keep this Brief I have been getting dragged through the Family Court System for 5 years! For Every step forward or battle I won there was 2 taken back. Most recently my X Wife and her Attorney used COVID to gain temporary orders and then tried to move my son 65 miles away. We share Physical and Legal Custody. Her move would essentially remove most of my custodial time with my son. They manipulated the system and were going to get away with it like always. Especially since the courts are backed up until November due to the Pandemic. Desperate and Defeated I needed to retain Counsel.
