I was never inside the actual officet . I spoke to an attorney over the phone. They were very and explanatory and helpful. They were a bit pricey but I believe all attorneys are pricey. The attorney I did speak to did not rush at all, in fact answered in great detail with very detailed answers. I was surprised at the time he took with me. I can tell you if I was going this direction, I most certainly would hire one of their attorneys because of the care and detail they showed me when answering my questions. Thank you for all of your exceptional knowledge and wealth of instruction!

Mr. Kroger help with important paperwork that I needed filed immediately. He was able to put my fears at bay and let me know, he's going to fight for me.

Dear fellow Google reviewers, the following is a detailed and 100% honest review. You’ve helped save me time, money and pride by your honest reviews. This is a pay-it-forward legit and honest review of Al Provinziano & his vile team of the lowest caliber of human that anyone could be. I’m certain his team of internet bullies will try to discredit and/or delete this HONEST, candid review by trying to say obvious slander trying to discredit this and all honest reviewers that aren’t in its favor. Such as, the standard, “we don’t have any clients by your name, blah blah blahhh.” Do not further try to insult mine and other honest victim’s credentials. People aren’t as stupid as you think and treat others as such. Albeit karma and universal law are in fact, legit.. and there is nothing that I or any other honest victim of yours says or does, could ever be worse than you yourself do and say. Still, gives us the right to speak the truth and try to help warn and protect other future victims. Dishonest is the very least of Al P. and his vile team’s most prominent adjective. Al P. and co. are literally the blatant epitome of THE. WORST. HUMANS. EVER. On every level. Kerry is a dishonest, unprofessional horrible human. In every regard and on every👏 single👏 level👏 Blatant liar. Bully. Stalker. Please, to ever fellow person going through a most sensitive, emotional and life altering time that any family lawyer would be needed to assure your rights and wishes are protected and made paramount for yourself and your family. Save your priceless time, energy, pride and money! This literal waste of time and space “family law firm” repeatedly called harassing, bullying & stalking me via text and phone. Literally. Sounds crazy. But 100% true! My attorneys have all the indisputable substantial evidence. Our legal team is on an entirely different echelon than literal “ambulance chaser” blatant dishonest, deceitful, bullying and conniving team at Al P’s “family law firm.” Please also view their very valid Yelp and CA state bar association’s formal complaints of the proven dishonest, unethical and illegal tactics they use to bully, harass and strong arm clients once they have their retainers. We have the LEGIT legal heavyweights, myriad of extremely high profile & powerful connections, extensive finances and most importantly the desire to assure that Al P. and his vile team (I.e. specifically Kerry, Maureen and Violeta, èt al) are exposed, prosecuted and held accountable for all of the many plethora of proven, indisputable evidence of their illegal tactics & actions that they THINK people in highly emotional and sensitive family matters aren’t going to pursue justice.. you’ve been severely mistaken. Our legal team whom not only consists of Mr. Braverman (whom is the head of the entire Walt Disney Company legal department) as well as two of our closest friends whom are also former US Senior Deputy DA’s under Tony Rackaukkus and now Todd Spitzer for 24 & 27 years respectively ARE assuring you and your team of literal predators, bullies and blatant deceitful thieves are held accountable for the proven facts evidenced in tangible abundance are held accountable. We have years of illegal and unethical practices that will now be privy to the judicial system and the court of public knowledge.

Love this guy like seriously, true facts in real life! Mr. Kroger has helped me for about 15 years now with everything from prison time worthy felonies to community service worthy misdemeanors. To be honest, with my record of misbehaving everything is jail worthy for me ☹️ but he keeps me free😃 so I can F up again 🤨. I’m a repeat customer 😳! It’s a viscous cycle that I’ve yet learned to break. Most recently (a few months back) he had a case dismissed for me and I didn’t even have to show up to court! How cool is that, because we all know that ain’t nobody got time for that! Beyond that, he’s extremely knowledgeable and dominates in his field of expertise because he has the decades of experience, the decades of connections, and the decades of knowledge to appropriately navigate and determine a realistic course of action to eliminate one’s exposure to prison and that’s what I’m most concerned about! He’s worth his weight in gold and more! I constantly feel the need to tip him and his staff and offer up lunch if I’m in the neighborhood because they always exceed my expectations! Mr. Kroger delivers results! I have him on speed dial superseding my own mother and closest confidant! Pay his fees….because he’s F’n worth it!

I've had frustrations with this business but everytime, Mr. Provinziano makes himself available to answer any and all questions regarding my case. He even did a courtesy filing since covid delayed the process.

(Part 2) They asked for some more time to prepare, which was given, and then, after about two weeks, the Child Support Attorney contacts Anni again, and says that he has a possible resolution for the case to be settled outside of court. The state has a program known as COAP which basically assists non custodial parents in lowering the debt to a reasonable amount, based on the owing parents' circumstances. This led to another lengthy and complex process which now required some involvement from my children's mother and they require her input and consent for there to be a child support case to begin with, yet with this case, it (child support) is automatically charged to a non custodial parent, if and when the custodial parent receives any public assistance. The story from here requires a book to describe the complexity of getting the matter resolved, but again, Provinziano & Associates walked me through every step, and basically held my hand throughout the process in order to keep the other side fair and honest, with Anni basically having a one on one working relationship with the other attorney on my behalf. Ultimate after many stressful twists and turns, the settlement was finally reached and filed in court fifteen months latter, bringing my owed debt down to a lump sum payment of $5K and from there after payment, to a current balance of ZERO, in addition to having my Driver's License reinstated as it has been suspended for some years now by The California DCSS, and this down from the $150K + amount of fees plus interest that they were saying that I owed, accumulated over the years. In closing, it was truly a case of Mission Impossible, at least to a layperson such as myself in matters of Family Law, but the team at Provinziano & Associates understood the assignment, the system, and the technical procedures from an expert legal standpoint, and while their fees are on the expensive side, I can confirm that they can and do deliver on their end to ensure that you are getting what they claim to offer, which is to “Fight For You With Compassion.”
