Hired him in 2008 case. Won the case..

William S Kroger represented me for a speeding ticket I got at I-40 eastbound about 40 miles west of Needles CA... CHP was parked in the middle of the road around 1:00 or so AM (of course in the dark) I was surprised to see all the light go on the patrol car not certain what direction is going or what... (I was on automatic pilot all along) it really took me by surprise and had no idea what was going on. Bottom line, if you are a Class A driver and need legal assistance with a traffic ticket I highly suggest you call William S Kroger and give him the opportunity to fight for you as he did for me, My driving record continues to be clean thanks William S Kroger!!!

My experience with Al Provinziano and his entire team of associates and clerical staff was exceptional. I personally had interactions with Al, June, Ava, Alexis, CJ and Aleah, and every single person I spoke to or met in person went above and beyond to make me feel supported during the very stressful process of advocating for a custody arrangement that was truly in the best interest of my young children. The team joined my case post-judgement and was able to seamlessly jump in, assess the situation, and help me formulate a plan that kept me with primary custody. When I initially called the firm, my intake appointment was with June, and she made me feel like she was really invested in what was happening and reassured me that the team would be able to help me. Once I decided to move forward with hiring the team, my case was assigned to Ava as jr. counsel with Al overseeing everything. I had many phone meetings and email exchanges with Ava and her communication style is very clear and she really helped me form my court statements in a way that was concise and impactful. She's extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to validate my feelings while also helping me understand what a judge would be concerned with and what to emphasize about the circumstances of my case. Al is who represented me in court negotiations, and he and his assistant Leah were both wonderful. What could have been a very stressful morning turned into a very productive negotiation between Al and my opposing counsel. Al clearly knows what he's talking about and I overheard him explaining certain terms and case points to the opposing lawyer multiple times. While knowledgeable, his ability to explain things in a way that does not come across as condescending allowed him and opposing counsel to work together and come up with the terms of a settlement that I hope my ex is also satisfied with. At the end of the day, I came away from court with everything I'd been fighting for. I hope to never have to call Al and his team again, but if anything else goes awry, I know who I can count on to help me. I've already given the number to this firm to 2 other women in my life. Divorce is ugly and full of emotion, but this firm really does care about their clients and Al is an amazing litigator.

I have no words to express how thoughtful and professional the team at Provinziano and associates were. I went for a "simple" divorce that turned into a bit of a messy one. I was very fortunate to have Ashot and Provinciano advising me during this journey and making sure I understood every step of the way. Attorney documents and jargons can be so complicated and overwhelming, on top of all the stress. They were so kind to me and so responsive. They were there for me and I felt really supported. Alexis from billing was also so so thoughtful. She never hesitated to review the statements with me and help me understand everything. I was referred to Provinziano & Associates by my family lawyer here in Arizona because of their expertise in jurisdiction. Me and my ex had an informal written agreement that our kids would live with me in AZ through the school year and visit him in CA on school breaks. On spring break of this year, my ex did not put my kids back on the plane home and ghosted me for 2 days. Because of jurisdictional issues, I needed a CA attorney to represent me and make the case that my kids are residents of AZ so we could have our case here. My lawyer, Al; and his paralegal Ava have made my life easier knowing that my case was in such great hands. They are professional, responsive, and so far everything has gone in our favor. They are very professional and responsive. My court trial was rescheduled for 3 times over 18 months and they always kept me updated and finally helped me dismiss the speeding ticket at the court trial.

I've called a few other traffic lawyers and I can say this is by far the best one. This firm actually knows how to help you win your case. When I called I was given information on what they would do to win or reduce your ticket. They were up front with all the details. Every situation is different and that is explained, they really understand traffic laws and as well how the judges make their decisions on each matter. My case was dismissed and I will certainly call again if I ever get another ticket. The price was fair compared to other traffic law firms and by talking to them, I can tell, they knew what tactics to help my case.

I went to court after pleading non guilty for a 105 in a 65 speeding ticket because of the officer tailgating me from a stop light. Now no one I'd spoken to before the court date have me any type of reassurance that I'd get out of it but before court even started my lawyer showed up, I explained to him the whole story and situation and he immediately went into the court room and in less than 10 min walked out saying my case has been dismissed 💯!! If I ever get caught up I'ma definitely call this team again!!
