Very rude lady at the front desk, went to see if they could help me with my case and just because they could not. Instead of being polite and letting me know the lady yells at me and repeats herself over and over, dont work in that type of occupation if you dont have manners. And before you give me a rude response from the owner as I see they like to do in previous comments, I was no where near rude to this lady nor was I able to get much of word in, when she heard very little of my case she immediately started repeating herself in a high tone, going off about how " they dont handle cases involving that injury"....I couldn't even say thank you have a good day Haha she didnt know how to keep her rude mouth silent to listen. As well, your responses to peoples reviews about your work environment and professionalism have no connection to what the person said and you frankly very rude in your responses. I hope some people take this review and say " I will not be providing my services here". There are so many other helpful and kind law firms willing to help....Thank you

I was very pleased on how Attorney Sharona and her staff Martha handled my car accident case. They kept me inform and always answer all my questions and concerns . Thank you Sharona and staff for all your help. I would highly recommend there office if you have any personal injury accident.

I highly recommend The Law Offices of Sharona Eslamboly Hakim ! Surely five star service and professionalism. This law firm and the people who work there are quality. They get done what they said they can do and they have integrity in the way they work, their relationships with their local courts and how they treat their clients. I was very much satisfied!! I RATE THEM A FIVE STAR BECAUSE THEY WORKED HARD AND THEY EARNED IT!

I wish there was a "no star" review option. This is the worst law firm I have ever worked with.I am trying to close the case and forget about everything, but the attorney and her staff is keep extending the case and are not interested in closing the case. On top of that, they are telling me that If I try to close the case then I will have to pay all their expenses out of pocket. This is not a law firm but a bunch of scammers that try to steal money from you and from insurance companies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL!!

If I could give you zero stars I would! I just called your 1-800 number and some person with a snarky attitude answered the phone. She talked down to me when I asked her who I was talking to as they did not answer the phone in professional Matter stating the company name and her name. Which is a normal business practice. She kept saying “how can I help you” in rude tone and when I asked who I was speaking to she said “I just asked you six times how can I help you, you are handling this phone call quite poorly!!!” Can you imagine that someone would answer a phone like this! Then I proceeded to say I saw your website said you handled mold cases and she said “no we don’t” and hung up the phone on me! When I tried to call back my call got forwarded to a GM. Very bad business and treatment of people!!! I would never hire your company!

On my way home from work, I was involved in a five-car collision on the 210 freeway. It turned out that the person who caused the collision was using his cell phone at the time of the accident. As a result of another driver’s carelessness, I found myself left with a damaged car and in a lot of pain. I needed an attorney to fight for my rights, as I felt I was a victim in the situation and knew that insurance companies have their own interests to protect. I am so relieved that I made the decision to hire Sharona Hakim. She consistently kept me in the loop and ended up getting me a settlement that I was very happy with. I’ve heard from friends and family that a lot of attorneys have a reputation of not communicating with their clients, but Sharona definitely does not fit into that category! Her office always kept me informed and I am forever grateful for this. Should anyone find themselves in the same situation, I urge you to seek Sharona’s services. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that her staff is always friendly and eager to take the time in speaking with you should you have any questions. Thank you Sharona and staff!!!
