Tofer and Associates fought my case for 2 years. After being injured in a car accident, their team helped me out at every point throughout my treatment. Their team cared for my well being and never left me in the dark. Everytime I reached out, they were there to reassure or update me on the case. The insurance company of the liable party, fought every step of the way to make sure they didn't have to pay up. They tried to lowball me a $300 check after the accident to try to make it go away but attorney Joseph Novel and his friends from Tofer and Associates really came through for me. They're the best in Southern California. No other law firm could do what these guys did.

Had what I thought would be a relatively quick case that has dragged for years now because Cindy could not be bothered to return a call. Now I'm getting aggressively toned phone calls rushing me to settle. I had several cases through them but the quality has not been there since Cholodenko left. Avoid them at all costs.

Would definitely recommend. A group of educated individuals whom know what they are doing in order for you to settle your case in your desired favor. They helped me with my case even with my setbacks prior to it and still proceeded to manage a way for me to leave satisfied. 10/10 most definitely

This firm is truly an amazing group of individuals. You CAN DEFINITELY COUNT ON THEM TO GET YOU THE BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE!! I was hit head on by a hummer in a Nissan Versa.. car totaled, ER, the whole bit. And even with some insurance issues, my attorney (Kevin Javidzad) stood strong. With the help of the witnesses at the scene of the accident, (God Bless them too), Colony's very professional doctors and the teams determination, when the opposing side said they "Could only offer 15k," ... My attorney successfully got me 5X TIMES THAT!! AND THEN SOME!! He simply stated "No, that is not good enough," and proceeded to demand for more. THANK GOD for these people and their diligent hard work, professionalism and attention to detail!! Thank you Kevin, Irma and the Colony Law Firm Team!!! You are all miraculous, and I greatly appreciate all you did!!!!

Okay so I'm in a wheelchair and I was rejected by chipotle JUST because I'm in a wheelchair and so I Googled wheelchair discrimination lawyers and this one popped up. So I went in for a one-on-one interview with one of the managers and after the interview I felt a good vibe a good sense of Good Hope. But it turns out I was nowhere to be contacted back. It's November and I still haven't received any call or talk to no one pertain to my case. And I went in on February of this year. Very very annoyed with this attorney. 😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠
