If you’re on here determining wether to hire Pershing Square Law Firm based on reviews. Let me just say Do Not be like me, read the hundred and something positive reviews and focus on the few 2-3 negative reviews. You will just stress yourself out. Before hiring PSL I was full of emotions. I was a bit skeptic, fearful, etc. I wish I could remember the kind lady I spoke with. She answered every doubting question I had. She reassured me I was in good hands. Understood my fears and listened to my every concern. Thank you! Before my prep meeting Charlie called me, let me know my attorney would call me before my hearing. Reassured me everything would be fine which put me at ease. The day of my prep meeting with my attorney Lety. I was so nervous and all over the place. She guided me and helped me find the right information I needed and put it in order. Hearing went well and We Won!! Thank you so very much Lety for your help! May God bless you all and your work. I would definitely recommend them. A lil advice: Trust the Professionals, they know what they’re doing. 😊

I would HIGHLY recommend Pershing Square Law Firm to anyone fighting a court case with the EDD. My wife had a case with the EDD and even though she had to wait an entire year for a court date, during the entire time Pershing Square kept her up to date with any changes or notifications through their very user friendly app. She was so concerned about her case once the date finally arrived but her attorney Elizabeth was so professional and helped ease her concerns. The attorney walk her through the process and she successfully won her case. If you have an issue with EDD, they are the best!

Very easy and friendly people to deal with. Helped with my case and explained the entire process. Definitely recommend to others in a situation where they want legal counsel next to them. In my case my pamphlet for court said I did NOT need a lawyer but this was a redflag to me as I didn't know what to expect. Having legal counsel by my side and fighting for me was worth every penny. Their services are very well priced and reasonable. They won my case with ease.

By far the worst place to do appeals, I lost my case, the judge was asking numerous times if my attorney was on the other line which he wasn’t answering. They call literally a day before your hearing to rush through everything. He literally was not even paying attention when the judge would talk. The judge herself wouldn’t even let me get my story across because this was literally a joke and of course I lost the case. When the attorneys talked to me last they said we can do a board appeal from the overpayment of edd, I had to call Pershing law and the girl tells me I have to do this myself because it’s not a service they do. What a waste of 800$ down the drain to talk to nothing but walls.

I really appreciate Pershing Square Law Firm with their help. Charlie was amazing with the team in this Law firm were always available for my questions and gave me the peace of mind. Wow, what a smooth process on the EDD appeal. I was first worried because after the initial consultation and filing they didn't ask anything else but once my case was scheduled they handled it the most professional way possible. The attorney walks you through the process and they have a very user friendly app. If you have an issue with EDD, they are the best!
