The Pershing law firm has a great team. They are informative and always there to answer questions in a professional polite matter. They were there for me even after we won my appeal. They followed thru all the way to the end. I highly recommend them to any one that needs help getting what is owed to them from the UI. Office when they disqualify you. I would not have been able to get my money with out them.

Got a call 1 hour before my hearing and was asked to gather information. Absolutely no communication with me before this. Of course I lost my appeal, called to find out what options do I have and no return call yet. They don’t prepare you for the hearing or anything. I could have did this on my own and saved 800$. Don’t ask someone to gather documents a few days before the hearing. It seem like they take all cases and don’t pay to much attention to any of them.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Pershing Square law firm. I was one of the many people who got backlogged when the pandemic hit and I applied for unemployment insurance. They not only helped me to resolve my claim issue which resulted in full benefits but also, has been more than happy to assist with additional questions as the months have gone on.
