Early this summer I was arrested for domestic violence. The police officers showed up and put the entire blame on me even though, I was defending myself. For the first time I fought back because I was tired of allowing this to happen. The police officers didn’t see my side of things and just pointed the finger on me. Once I was released I had a lot to take care of, I was scared, nervous, and had no idea what to expect. So I went on the internet and looked for a lawyer. I came across attorney Rosenfeld and I couldn’t have been any luckier. Attorney Rosenfeld and his assistant Vanessa made me feel like I had someone on my side. After going through domestic violence you can feel alone, down and pretty low about yourself. Vanessa and attorney Rosenfeld both made me feel safe and they basically took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I am in my early twenties, I work 3 jobs, and I recently graduated. So it was a lot on my plate. For myself personally I felt as if Attorney Rosenfeld took this case in his own hands and he fought for me. I am going to be completely honest, when looking for an attorney a lot of the times you may feel as if they’re just after your money. But not Mark; he fought for me, not for the money and I felt that. He was so genuine to me, and coming out of a toxic relationship you fear that people may try to take advantage of you in any way. This whole process was scary, not knowing what’s was to come, but Attorney Rosenfeld was able to fight for me and get my whole case dismissed. I am extremely thankful and blessed to have come across Attorney Rosenfeld. Without him i would’ve had to take a plea, most likely have a misdemeanor on my record as well as having my name tied with domestic violence. I highly recommend Attorney Rosenfeld. He will fight for you as much as he can.

Believe me, I see everything... and I always appreciate other professionals who take their time to actually to talk to you. I was invited to speak at the Beverly Hills Bar Association regarding working with addiction related issues. Mark spearheaded the event and totally made me feel at home. Everything worked like a well-oiled machine (other than a PowerPoint snafus which was totally on my end) and I truly appreciated his genuine questions afterwards, along with sticking around even after others had left to chat. My experience with attorney Mark Rosenfeld started off with a very scary situation being diffused by Marks advice first hand. I knew after speaking with him overboard the phone he made me feel comfortable in processing to hire him. After our initial consultation Mr. Rosenfeld was honest with me in my expectation but assured me I would not receive jail time. I understood his points very thouroughly and felt taken care of. When I had any questions I was quickly responded via email with him or his secretary. Day of trial I felt as I knew what was going to happen and expected what he promised based on my situation. I received a ticket from the Santa Monice police department. Mr. Rosenfeld was recomed to me as a good sorce of help. The ticket I got I felt was unfair and explained the situation to Mr. Rosenfeld. We had a very short conversation and he gave me instructions on how to handle my problem. Mr. Rosenfeld felt that it was something that I could handle myself. I didn't have him specifically as my Lawyer But If I ever need a lawyer for me or my loved ones I would recommend Him! I was searching for some answers to my questions and we started to email I Was asking him questions about my husband that had been sentenced to jail for 2nd dui and he took the time out of his busy day to answer all of them, and he was exactly correct about every answer I don't knw how to Thank Him! A friend of the family referred me to Attorney Mark Rosenfeld On Jan 2, 2015, I was arrested and charged with under influence of alcohol for which I was wrongfully stop and searched, but I had a low level of alcohol in my system (0.07). It was a nightmare and I didn't know what to do. I was glad that I spoke with Mark and had the chance to meet with him in his office DIRECTLY and no other secretary or other distraction that make you feel like your case is not important. He was very professional and provided me with updates all the time and made this process much smoother than expected. To make a great story short I was not charge with a DUI. I would recommend his services for anybody that needs it.
