Wonderful experience during this time of hardship. I was looking for a lawyer to take on my case against KIA and while I received 3 "No's", The Lemon Pros took on my case. I have now finished my process and waiting on my settlement check. The agents were very helpful and fought in the best interests possible for my benefit.

I would stay away from this law firm. Atrocious communication. After you’ve done everything they’ve asked for, on time and organized, they will ghost you until you’ve called and emailed them a million times. Almost feels as if they’re hiding something from you or that something went wrong and they don’t want to tell you. Not sure where the 5 star reviews come from, honestly. I’m typically a patient person, I understand that a lemon law case takes time and there’s a process. But when you’ve sent all the documents they’ve asked for, on time, answered all their questions, filled up paperwork and answered all their phone calls, you expect the same. I surrendered my vehicle about 3 weeks ago. And now I am car-less and have received zero dollars from the “settlement check” they were suppose to send. You’re just a number at the end of the day. A few friends and family have asked me what law firm I went with for my case, and if I recommend them. My answer will be absolutely not, look elsewhere.
