I was involved in a nasty rear end accident earlier this year, I was lead to a law firm, in which dropped the ball in the first 2 weeks of being introduced to them. The chiropractor I was assigned, lead me to Gould & Jeffereson :) Instantly I was able to talk to Ryan, he spoke to me, not feeling rushed, he gathered the necessary information pertaining to my case and assured me they would take care of me from there. Throughout the time of the case being processed, the entire staff was sooooo pleasant and reached out to me often, keeping me fully updated on the case and the next steps to follow. I've never been in anything like this before, and for it being my 1st time..Gould & Jefferson made it easy and kept me at ease. They were able to settle my case in a very short time and I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
