My experience with Carpenter & Zuckerman has been great. They are extremely helpful and handle everything accordingly. They always keep you in the loop of everything and never hesitate to reach out to you whenever you have some questions. 10/10 recommend and I would definitely have them represent me again if another situation comes up.

1st and foremost I would like to thank Carpenter & Zuckerman for representing me and my wife in our car accident. However I would like to thank Lydia Santiago for her hard work and perseverance as a case manager. The tremendous work and advocacy at Carpenter and Zuckerman speaks for itself. I don’t think they need me for that. I will just share my personal experience and rest my ship there. I was a successful marketing and sales executive thriving in the business world. I never imagined anything disrupting my path until I was rear ended by a truck and left unable to work. The injuries I suffered was horrific in themselves, but made even worst because of a pre existing immune condition. My case started at Compass Law, but was quickly referred to Carpenter and Zuckerman which I will reference as CZ hereinafter. Before signing on with CZ, I literally visited their office. I met with a case manager, Mr Glass. I could immediately tell, from my years in business, that this was no regular “case manager”. It was very clear to me Mr Glass had immense experience. I was later shocked to learn later that he was not a practicing attorney. In fact, he assigned me to a highly competent and well respected attorney, Atty Robert Ounjian. While I did not interact day to day with Atty Ounjian, Atty Ounjian was my lead attorney at CZ and was the legal powerhouse that negotiated my settlement …. a settlement I was extremely happy with. But my day to day interactions was with another atty at CZ who was also assigned to my case, namely Atty Sasha Skaf. This lady is truly a gem! Atty Skaf was the one who prepared me for and accompanied me to my deposition. It was a very difficult time for me because I was suffering terribly ….yet… I had no choice but to relive and recount my nightmare in deposition testimony. She recognized this and showed immense compassionate in preparing me. Atty Skaf knew my case thoroughly. At deposition, she exuded great compassion towards me, and fiercely defended me and my legal rights, never once letting defense attorney ask inappropriate questions. Because she was able to guide me successfully through deposition …. I came to totally trust her guidance and relied heavily upon her within the firm. As my case dragged on, I would contact her about various issues regarding the case. She always responded to me within 24 hours, was always polite and professional and always treated me with respect and compassion. My case was scheduled for trial, but settled before trial. After settlement agreement was signed, Atty Skaf and her staff delivered my settlement proceeds to my bank account in 62 days (that’s after negotiating my liens with over 50 medical providers).
