I was involved in a motorcycle accident 5 years ago, and worked with four different law firms throughout the years due to the complexity of my case. I was recommended to Carpenter Zuckerman & Rowley Law, and I mostly worked with Pej & Robert. After my previous trial attorneys ultimately resigned due to a conflict of interest (they failed to mention to me that they knew the defendant), it left me in a very stressful position right before I was supposed to go to court. Pej & Robert saved the day and agreed to come on board less than a month before I was due to go to trial. They worked tirelessly for 4 weeks straight, succeeding in learning about five years worth of case information in a very short time. Bringing on the CZ firm was the best decision I made for the trial and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for me! The one thing that really sets them apart from every other attorney I have ever met, was the way they truly care about their clients. You will never feel like “just another case” while working with them. Pej was one of the most personable people I have ever met. As someone who had never been involved in a personal injury case before, it was easy for me to feel the overwhelmed or confused during the trial, but he explained everything to me, and worked with me to make sure that I understood and was making the best possible decision for myself. After the case was over and we won, the Attorneys who were representing the defendant approached me, and told me how much they respected Pej. They had both known him for years and had only wonderful things to say about him. This only reaffirmed my trust and gratefulness in Pej, Robert and the entire CZ team. I highly recommend CZ Law to anyone else who has the unfortunate luck of being involved in a personal injury case. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for my entire experience working with them. The only regret I have is not hiring them sooner!! If you want to maximize your settlement and work with an extremely experienced and professional team, they are simply the best choice.

First and foremost, Valerie is great! Hands down, truly amazing! That's where the kudos stop. CZR is slow to acknowledge and respond to correspondence. Primarily worked with John Carpenter and another attorney who was way more helpful than John, but he up and disappeared. Can't remember his name. Then started working with associate Matthew Singer. He did a decent job, but I had to stay on all of them repeatedly. John dropped me as a client 2/3 of the way of all relevant claims being absolutely finalized, but I didn't care about that, as they weren't exerting any effort for my final cause anyway, and quite frankly, had insufficient knowledge as to the claim I was pursuing, which certainly contributed to their negligence and lolligagging. At one point, they even went so far as to tell me my extended claim wasn't viable, which was erroneous. If you call yourself representing a resident of another state, how about doing your due diligence and RESEARCH? Disappointingly lazy behavior. Furthermore, circumstances were made even more egregious with the 40% fee they had likely planned on taking (talked them down one time). Allegedly got me the maximum amount of settlement, but when I reached out to ask them a question regarding their representation of me after dropping me (one that would have undoubtedly reflected POORLY upon them), I was ignored. Filed a compliant with the bar, but it was denied primarily due to the fact that John Carpenter apparently had no obligation to answer questions after cutting ties with a client, REGARDLESS OF HOW RELEVANT THE QUESTIONS ARE. The California State Bar Association, did, however acknowledge that CZR, John Carpenter and his team were in violation due to possible errors, mistakes, poor judgment and negligence in a plethora of areas. The association did not shirk the validity of a legitimate legal claim. They apparently simply could not discipline John Carpenter for being incompetent. CZR definitely didn't fight for me the way the should have PRIOR to our parting ways. Zero out of five stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was involved in a car accident in October 2022, and this place was referred to me, especially to Sasha Skaf one of the greatest lawyer I have ever met. She took my case and was very implicated. She is kind, and very friendly. Felt comfortable from the beginning with her. She was very supportive, and I could reach out to her at anytime,and she would answer quickly. She kept me updated on the case and fought for me to get the maximum and she did. She is tough on negotiation and you can trust her 100% like I did. She checked on me to see how I was doing...so Sasha is more than a lawyer. She is very explicit and explain every step of the way how the case is. So, I definitely recommend that place and especially Sasha Skaf. Best decision I ever made.

Dont come here i was involved in a car accident 4 years later im the one getting screwed over i got an attorney thinking they would have got me what i deserved, i was wrong i was left without a car my settlement 4 years later which is nothing compared to the lost and damages received upon my accident ill never come here again. I wouldnt recommend coming here save yourself a headache mario my attorney does not know what he doing dont come here. Mind you i was at a stop light my son and wife where also in the vehicle and got hit still couldnt get me a decent settlement DONT COME HERE!!!!!!

I personally would refer Carpenter and Zuckerman threw the hardest time of my life I lost my 28 yr old daughter in a wrongful death accident which left my granddaughter without a mom Paul Zuckerman helped me and my family so much Mr Zuckerman cares about his clients He has a very big heart for others and the case Manager Rosemary no words can explain her compassion for others she takes her job to another level for helping others Rosemary was there for me at a time I needed someone to share my hurts and pain she does a tremendous job Thank you Paul Zuckerman and Rosemary
