Right off the bat, from the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Not only was the whole experience professional and efficient, but also welcoming, educational, and friendly. My children made friends with many at the firm, and we won't soon forget them. The case was handled diligently, efficiently, appropriately, and aggressivly.
