The law offices of Sharona Eslamboly Hakim represented my family and I in an auto accident case. They all work as a team and my experience with the firm was always great. I would get my calls returned immediately. When I would call during the weekend, Sharona herself would call me back on the weekend. They took care of everything from my property damage to my treatment. They fought hard until they got us a good settlement. Reanna was aggressive with settlement negotiations. We knew she was fighting for us. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Back in 2017 I experienced a traumatic incident & I reached out to Sharona Hakim offices, they took on my case & it took some time but everything worked out in my favor. They were very empathetic with my situation, they made sure to make me priority and they kept in mind of the sensitivity of the topic. I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. Every time I called I was given the run around. Front office staff is very rude and never connect you to the working attorneys. I used this law firm because my old employer worked closely with them. Aside from all my encounters with Reanna Carrillo it was always horrible. Reanna was great always responded in a timely manner and always had updates and information. I was always told I would get a call back and weeks and weeks would go by before I would call again and get the same rude customer service. They tried to pressure me into leaving a review months ago and now i know why, because communication is few and far between with them and eventually just stops. Sharona herself is also very rude when she talks to you and has the attitude of she has better things to do. All in all i would recommend seeking council elsewhere with professional friendly attorneys. If they were all like Reanna it would’ve been better but 0/5 stars for me.

I definitely recommend this law firm. They really fight for you. I had a slip and fall accident and the attorney Reana Carillo fought to get me the maximum settlement that was possible. She never backed down and we were successful at reaching our goal.
