So unprofessional AND dishonest. Never recommended.

Torin represented my (minor-) daughter and I in a privacy beach case, which took almost a year to settle. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, tenacious, responsive and transparent. We felt he authentically cared for the process and how it affected my daughter, always including her, seeking consensus on the next steps and diligently engaging with (reactive-) opposing counsel. Torin showed himself a trustworthy, dedicated and true class act; the legal world would be a better place with more competent and compassionate attorneys like him.

I am profoundly dissatisfied with EslamBloy Hakim Injury and Accident Attorneys regarding my partner's case, which has persisted for approximately two years. Our experience with this firm has been exasperating due to the gross mishandling of critical aspects of his case, leading to significant client abandonment and ethical violations. Despite our diligent efforts to provide updated contact information, sensitive correspondence was repeatedly sent to my partner's outdated address, where the landlord had the opportunity to retain it. This egregious lapse raises serious ethical concerns regarding confidentiality and the fundamental principles of attorney-client privilege. The firm's persistent failure to maintain adequate communication constitutes a breach of their duty to provide competent representation. They often directed communications to me instead of my partner, despite explicit requests for direct contact. This lack of diligence led my partner to mistakenly believe that the firm was effectively managing his case, especially following a recent phone call in which he was assured that progress was being made. However, he later discovered that letters continued to be dispatched to the old address—unforwarded and unmonitored—permitting the landlord access to sensitive information pertaining to his case. Most recently, I received an email stating that the firm would no longer represent my partner, yet they provided no details or justification for this abrupt decision, nor did they offer referrals or advice for alternative legal representation. This sudden termination, compounded by a pervasive lack of support throughout the process, has left us feeling abandoned and frustrated. Given our experience, I cannot recommend EslamBloy Hakim Injury and Accident Attorneys, as their negligence and failure to adhere to proper record-keeping standards have profoundly impacted my partner's health and well-being during this challenging period.

I had an issue that occurred with a dog bite while assisting at someone’s residence and after making many of phone calls trying to find the right law office to assist me, I came across the law offices of Eslamboly Hakim who actually had no problem assisting me. As we know things like this can be a long process but they had no issue with me calling and checking the status or calling me and providing a status. Overall, I’m happy we were able to come to a settlement!
