From the first phone conversation with my lawyer, Daniel Panahi, I was confident in a few things. One was knowing that he would fight for me tirelessly. I also believed him when he said I could reach out anytime for anything. I believed him when he said he truly cared for me. I felt in my gut that he was being truthful with me. All of those things were true. For nearly two full years… Daniel stayed true to his word and his amazing character never wavered. I was a travel nurse making a lot of money when the wreck happened. Before the wreck, I became use to living with little to no fear of where my money would come from. The work was stressful most of the time, but the money was good. I had a good life. Then it all changed. I was so terrified I would lose everything. Daniel never once got annoyed with me. After it was all said and done, he ended up getting me around $175,000 in pre-settlement advances. It may have been more, I can’t remember. I never once heard the word “no.” They didn’t help me just survive, they took care of me like I was family and at times royalty. I just knew they would fight the hardest and get the most. I was blown away when I was finally told we got the full policy. The max amount anyone could get me for this particular case, Daniel did that. Sean did that. BD&J did that. I never thought I would be injured for life, but I also never thought I would be able to retire at the age of 41.
