I was referred to Mr Etehad and his office after I was rear-ended. From the initial phone call, I felt his immediate attention, and motivation to help and make me feel at ease. He was by my side throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood what was happening step by step. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Mr Etehad.

I got into a very heavy accident 3 hours after arriving to the United States. Not knowing what to do or who to go to put me in a terrible shock until a family member referred me to Simon Etehad. He was very confident and caring and from that first consultation I knew that he is the perfect attorney for my case. He listens, he himself and his staff are always reachable and down to earth people. Their communication via phone or email is prompt and fast. Simon Etehad and his staff are unreal. They really did go "above and beyond." Although at first I was placed at fault, Simon put my worries aside. Not only was the other party ultimately found at fault, Simon was also able to beat the recover amount he originally told me of. I hope I never get into an accident. But, if I do, calling Simon is the first thing I'm doing.

First time being in a major accident & the insurance companies weren't helping me with medical treatment. Simon was really professional & kept in constant contact with me. If you ever end up getting in a major accident call him before the insurance company.
