We contacted Hillary Johns Trial Lawyer through my husband’s work that offers us legal benefits. When you call you must leave a VM with an answering service every time, and the office will only call back using an unknown number. During at least 5 calls and messages back and forth I finally asked for an email. I clearly outlined everything we needed, my items all fell under the scope of what they covered, but was told a week later they weren’t taking anymore cases.

Eran Lagstein was the hero that kept me safe when I was nearly handicapped in a rear collision by a drunk driver. This case was particularly tough because the drunk driver fled the scene, was arrested, taken to the hospital, and then fled the hospital. This challenge was not an issue for the Lagstein Law Firm. I was awarded the maximum settlement and above all, I was set up with the best doctors in the business to make sure I was healthy and healed. Be warned. Just because you call in and are promised a consultation...does not actually mean that you will get one. In fact, you may get a generic impersonal email instead giving some excuse as to why you will not get one. Happened to me. Still can't figure out why they bothered to waste my time like this. Again, you've been warned.
