I have dealt with Alex Mehdipour for the last three years. He has helped me tremendously in getting my lease checked out thoroughly. He is very responsive and proactive. He takes you step by step through the process. He will ask for your final approval and give you suggestions along the way. My last experience was last month. I ended up losing my business due to COVID-19. I had a really tough time with my Landlords. If Alex was not by my side, I would have been eaten by these landlord sharks. Again Alex was there step by step, like a guardian angel. I highly recommend him. I will use him again in the near future . Thanks again Alex.
