I was in a challenging position with defending my case, during the height of the pandemic. Berenji and Associates were one of a very few law firms that were accommodating to me, and able to receive me as a client. My first encounter was with the office lead, Ms. Jacqueline Lara. She was very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful with resources that guided my next steps, during an emotional time. Her responsiveness and courtesy never waivered throughout my process with the firm. Meeting and discussing my case with lead attorney and founding executive, Mr. Hossein Berenji, he immediately knew what to say, my current options, and how to help my case that would lend the best possibilities to ensure my future endeavors. His mastery within the negotiating arena, and courtroom demeaner was impressive to experience, and I grew confident in our potential for success. The assisting attorney, Mr. Steven Kunysz's ability to access and dive into the content of documents was impressive, as well. His organization and his articulation of the case's information gave me ease that I was in good hands. Thank you.

Ron is top of his class. Him and his team resolved my case quickly, with complete honesty, hard work, professionalism and were extremely sharp and quick thinking from beginning, to end. Mr. Flate and his team are experienced and formidable. Formidable is what you want in a lawyer. Mr. Flate, personally, is as gentle as a lamb, a true caring individual, but when he faces an opponent he can, when needed, to create the right effect, become a fierce lion. He knows what he's doing! In my dealings with Mr. Flate, he takes a big picture approach and works with me to come up with the optimum solution. He has the ability to change when the situation changes, but always toward the optimum solution.
